Based in New York City

Hi, my name is Jobsue Ventura. I’m a multidisciplinary designer focused on visual storytelling, experimentation, and form. Raised in New York City, with roots in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, my work is shaped by cultural hybridity and lived experience. I earned my Associate degree in Fashion Design from Kingsborough Community College in 2023 and am currently completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts at The Cooper Union, where I will graduate in May 2026. My practice moves between disciplines, using process and exploration as tools to develop thoughtful, visually driven work. I’m especially drawn to projects that challenge convention and allow me to translate ideas into tactile experiences that engage both emotion and perception.
